It's not always easy to reach out for help and to take that initial first step to speak to someone. In fact, it may be the first time you have ever really done this.
I will try and make this as easy as possible for you. I am often told how easy I am to speak to and how comfortable I make people feel - I always aim to ensure that I provide a safe, confidential space for you and to listen to what you have to say.
I offer a free initial consultation for us to talk and for you to decide if I am right for you. If I believe I cannot help you then I will say so and refer you on for more specialist help if you agree.
I practise from Brentwood, Essex and in the City of London. I also offer Skype or phone consultations if this is something you would prefer.

Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy where the therapist gently guides the client into a state of deep relaxation, thereafter using the power of positive suggestion to bring about subconscious changes to our thoughts, feelings and behaviour. These changes can then be remembered and acted upon in our conscious daily lives.

Concessions: I do offer some concessions depending on your circumstances (low incomes or students)
